Center is A friend of VJ {My great nephew } VJ is the one on the right with the pink tie...they are actually VERY handsome BUT acting silly...Top right is Heather my great niece and two of her kids...the boys the one on the right is Kody and the boy in the center is Kylan and last but not least is the best sister a girl could have and mine...Barbara and my sweet niece Dr Teresa....,,,GOTTA love this family!! 
A few weeks ago our church in Lawrence Kansas hosted a singing at our church. All the people came from Kenya in the singing group and they sang beautiful songs in their native tongue for us. It was just a little glimpse of heaven for us. SOME day we will not have different delilects or cultures as we will be home with the one that made us...RED , YELLOW , BLACK & WHITE...all are precious in HIS site.
Mark the great cook in the family fixed these nice deserts for Christmas...We have ate a piece of the Pumpkin pie on Christmas eve BUT now that wonderful pecan pie is next!!!!

My wonderful husband Mark is a great cook and he cooks from scratch ...He made the crusts and the first pie he made was the pecan pie on the right , then he made two wonderful pumpkin pies {from the fresh pumpkins we raised in our garden} then He made a wonderful Lemon Chiffon pie on the left ..
These were taken on my last visit to Missouri and Tyler and Taylor are certainly growing up way to FAST!!!!
We had a good time in Branson. Our friendship is one of those GOD given ones. I miss working with Her in Pacu....
Brigitte and I went and ate at McFarlands just as we always do and had some good food...it started with fried sweet potatoes , fried green tomatoes and fried green beans...southeren food????
This is the beautiful spot we stayed at in the Ozark mountains and the center pci is our room and our deck that overlooked the water of the marina. It was a nice place Tan Tara...
Mark knows I love flowers and he PICKED this bouquet and it was on our table along with having dinner ready when I came in from work....GEE I am blessed....
I love our home ...it holds the one I love...It is big and spacious and just a little farm like.... 
We had lots of fun and so did everyone else I think on 8/22/10 Hope to host many more in the future.
In the kitchen we have an older tall kitchen cabinet that Mark's mom used to have and now we have. As you can see I have set up the china in it. I am going to redo it . It is really nice.
Mark collects the National geographics and we have lots of reading stuff and we are trying to get more organized....
Mark and I have planted a garden and tended it ...We have worked hard and although the garden is not as nice and productive as we would like I did reap some lovely Veggies this morning....Wish I could share with family and friends....
